Dr. Nilesh Madhukar Rane was born in Nashik, Maharashtra. From an early age, he demonstrated a strong inclination toward sports, particularly cricket. Despite growing up in financially challenging circumstances, he remained committed to sports and community service.
His early experiences shaped his long-term mission to create structured opportunities for talented individuals from economically weaker sections, enabling access to professional training, mentorship, and national-level exposure.

Dr. Rane began his professional journey in 2016 and gradually emerged as a prominent figure in sports administration and social activism.
