Akshitaa Agnihotri was born on 2 August 1988 in Patiala, Punjab, India. Akshitaa attended prestigious institutions, including Sri Aurbindo International School, Children Memorial International School, and Saint Soldiers School in Patiala, showcasing her commitment to academic excellence and holistic learning.

Akshitaa began her career as a national-level athlete, winning a gold medal in 100m hurdles and competing in state-level gymnastics and rhythmics . She made her mark in the pageantry world with achievements in prestigious competitions like:
