Priyanka Manna was born in West Medinipur, West Bengal, to a musical family. Her father, Biman Chandra Manna, and her mother, Padmalekha Manna, nurtured her love for music from an early age. She completed her schooling in Medinipur and pursued higher education at Raja N.L Khan Women's College. Priyanka graduated in music and later earned her Master's degree in Kheyal from Rabindra Bharati University (RBU) in Kolkata. She continues to hone her craft under the guidance of esteemed gurus such as Jayanta Sarkar, Acharya Jayanta Bose, and Pandit Ajay Pohankar.[3]

Priyanka Manna began her recording career with the Raaga Music label. A significant milestone in her career was her association with Rishi Kumar Chattopadhyay, who mentored and groomed her. She also drew inspiration and learned from renowned artists like Haimanti Shukla and Srikumar Chattopadhyay.[4]
