He is the founder and chairman of the DS-MAX Group, a real estate enterprise headquartered in South India. Early life and education
Dr. Satish was born on 19 June 1977 in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, to Kilaparthy Samba Murthy. He completed his schooling in Visakhapatnam before relocating for higher education.
He earned a graduate degree in Business Management and later completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Mysore. The title “Dr.” is an honorary doctorate, conferred in acknowledgment of his contributions to entrepreneurship and social welfare initiatives.
Career
Dr. Satish began his professional journey in Bengaluru, where he worked in the marketing and distribution of encyclopaedias, reference books, and educational publications. His early career involved extensive fieldwork, helping him gain exposure to consumer behaviour and sales management.
With Bengaluru witnessing rapid urban growth in the mid-2000s, he entered the real estate sector. He started with residential property marketing in 2005 and subsequently founded DS-MAX Properties Pvt. Ltd. in 2007.
DS-MAX Group
DS-MAX Properties Pvt. Ltd. was established with the objective of addressing the housing needs of middle-income households. Operating under the philosophy “Sharing the Joy of Living,” the company initially launched a limited number of residential projects.
Over the years, DS-MAX expanded into a large-scale real estate group, executing residential developments across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana. The group has delivered numerous housing units, with a business model centred on cost efficiency and large-volume execution.

In addition to residential development, the DS-MAX Group diversified into multiple supporting and allied sectors, including:
