History
MeritPath Coaching was founded by Late Prof. Dr. Bijan Biswas (M.A., Ph.D, PRS, LL.B), a former Vice Principal of St. Paul's C.M. College, Kolkata. His vision was to create an institution that combines academic rigor with practical career-oriented education.
Following his passing, the institute has continued under family leadership, expanding its offerings to include modern technical and management training aligned with industry needs.
Leadership
The leadership team includes:
- Jaba Biswas (CEO): Retired professor from Surendranath College holding M.A., M.Phil, and B.Lib degrees. She oversees academic quality and curriculum planning.
- Sushmita Biswas (Managing Director): MBA and B.Sc graduate responsible for institutional management, partnerships, and placement initiatives.

Secondary and higher secondary education
