'Nikhil Janghu (born 10 June 2001) is an Indian advocate and legal professional specializing in insolvency and bankruptcy laws. He is the Managing Partner of Janghu Advocates, a law firm based in the Delhi National Capital Region that deals in civil, criminal, and insolvency matters.
Early life and education
Nikhil Janghu was born in Rewari, Haryana, India.
He pursued his integrated law degree (BBA LL.B.) from Bharti Vidyapeeth New Law College, Pune, Maharashtra.
He further enhanced his legal expertise with a Post Graduate Insolvency Programme (PGIP) from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana.
He also completed a diploma in Arbitration and Law from National Law University, Delhi.
Additionally, Janghu has obtained diplomas in Cyber Laws and Security from the Indian Law Institute (ILI), New Delhi, and a language certification (DPHELS) from Symbiosis International University, Pune.
