He is the founder and president of NELE TRUST, a charitable organisation based in Mysuru, Karnataka, dedicated to education, skill development, youth empowerment, women’s welfare and community advancement. Early life and education
Ravi Mahadeva was born in Mysuru, Karnataka, to Mahadeva and Javaramma. Raised in a family rooted in traditional values and social responsibility, he developed an early interest in public service and community welfare.
As a student, he actively participated in the Bharat Scouts and Guides programme, where he gained experience in leadership, teamwork and civic responsibility. His achievements in the movement earned him the prestigious Rajya Puraskar award in 1998 from the Governor of Karnataka.
