Kailash Bhati was born on 1 June 1986 in Pali, Rajasthan, India. He completed his foundational education in Rajasthan before moving to Pune for higher studies.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM), Pune campus.
Career
Commercial vehicle servicing (2008–2022)
In 2008, Kailash Bhati joined his family business, managing an authorized service dealership for commercial vehicle manufacturer Ashok Leyland. Over fifteen years, he expanded the service infrastructure, turning it into one of the region's prominent commercial vehicle service and dealership networks.
Automated Vehicle Fitness Testing Centres (2023–present)
In 2023, under the modern vehicle inspection and scrapping policy initiatives launched by MoRTH and the Government of Gujarat, Kailash Bhati transitioned into automated vehicle inspection infrastructure.
Through M D Motors and M D Autotrans Pvt. Ltd., his firm established 8 government-approved automated vehicle fitness testing centres across Gujarat and other Indian states. These automated testing stations perform digital diagnostic checks on commercial and private vehicles to ensure roadworthiness, emissions compliance, and transport safety.
