Vengadesan was born on 20 March 1974 in Puducherry, India, to G. Selvaraj and S. Ponni. From a young age, he developed a strong inclination toward community development, social service, and public welfare.

Vengadesan has contributed extensively as a social worker, writer, blood donor, and motivational public figure. Over the years, he has guided and recognised thousands of young achievers across India through talent development platforms.

He established two major record-certifying organisations:
