Nikhil Bhandari Jain (born 2 February 1996) is an Indian entrepreneur and former national-level badminton player. He is the founder of Jiya Diamonds, a company specializing in loose polished diamonds, and Pranik Diamonds, a premium jewellery brand. Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and originally from Pune, Maharashtra, Bhandari has expanded his business presence from India to Dubai.
Early life and education
Nikhil Bhandari Jain was born on 2 February 1996 in Pune, Maharashtra, to Mahendra J. Bhandari, a businessman, and Sunita M. Bhandari, a homemaker. He completed his schooling at Symbiosis School, Pune, and earned his Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Symbiosis College of Commerce. Later, he pursued an MBA in Marketing from SIBM, Symbiosis Pune. He also obtained a Diamond Grading Certification from the International Gemological Institute (IGI), Ahmedabad.
Career
Bhandari initially represented India as a national-level badminton player before venturing into the diamond industry. In 2020, he founded Jiya Diamonds, specializing in loose polished diamonds, and later established Pranik Diamonds, offering premium designer jewellery collections.
He began his diamond career in Surat, learning the intricacies of diamond cutting and trading from the grassroots level. His companies currently operate in Pune, Ahmedabad, and Dubai, catering to retail and wholesale clients, and participating in global diamond and jewellery exhibitions. He joined dad's business of electronics and home appliances after MBA then shifted to diamonds.

Nikhil Bhandari Jain hails from a respected Pune-based business family with interests in construction and electronics retail. While his family continues their ventures in Pune, Nikhil has established his independent business in Ahmedabad and Dubai.
He was born and raised in Pune, where his early upbringing instilled in him a deep sense of discipline, faith, and empathy. Despite his growing professional commitments, Nikhil has always valued quality time with family and close friends, believing relationships to be the true wealth of life.
Outside the boardroom, Nikhil is an explorer at heart—whether it’s traveling to new destinations, indulging in fitness, or experiencing gourmet cuisine. He finds peace in spiritual practices and is deeply connected to his Jain roots, regularly participating in religious observances and charity initiatives.
