Dr. Sandeep Prabhakaran (born 7 May 1981) is an Indian urologist, senior consultant, and healthtech entrepreneur. He is the Program Director of Laser Endourology at Aster Medcity, Kochi, and co-founder of SolveMyHealth, a virtual clinic for sleep and sexual health, and Senzicare, a brand for period care and intimate hygiene products.
He is renowned for performing the highest number of Laser Prostatectomy procedures in India and pioneering first-of-its-kind urological techniques in Kerala and South India.
Early Life and Education
Born in Kochi, Kerala, Dr. Sandeep studied at Government Boys School, Kodungallur. He earned his MBBS from Government Medical College, Thrissur, MS in General Surgery from PGIMER, Chandigarh, and MCh in Urology from SGPGIMS, Lucknow.
Career
He began his career as Chief Urologist at Polakulath Narayanan Renai Medicity, Kochi, where he set up a laser-focused urology department.
In 2022, he joined Aster Medcity as Senior Consultant & Program Director, Laser Endourology, leading programs for BPH management, Lower Urinary Tract Dysfunction, and penile prosthesis implantation.
