Early Life and Education

Gupta graduated with a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics from IMS Engineering College in 2008 and later earned multiple professional certifications, including Adobe Certified Master in Adobe Analytics Architecture, Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) credentials, Google Analytics Individual Qualification, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) certification.

Career

Gupta started his career in 2009 at Patni Computers, before joining Adobe Systems (2011–2013) as Technical Consultant, where he worked on Adobe Analytics architecture for global clients. He later joined Sapient Consulting in marketing strategy and analysis, and Tech Mahindra as a module lead in web analytics.

From 2015 to 2018, Gupta returned to Adobe as solution audit analyst and customer success manager, where he managed enterprise analytics integrations, implemented KPI frameworks, and drove conversion rate optimisation resulting in multimillion-dollar revenue growth.

In 2018, he became digital analytics implementation manager at Bankwest, Australia, standardising Adobe DTM and app tracking. He later consulted independently on Adobe DTM to Launch migration, data layer strategy, and advanced tracking.
